Who: KS2 Engage event (no bowls experience required)

Event Format:
Children will be able to experience crown green bowling on 2 different outdoor greens. They will be given some training using targets, cone game and play little competitions to learn the technique. This is an inclusive sport and appeals to a variety of child. For schools who show a real interest Mark (Bowls development coach) has sets of bowls to lend out to take it back to your schools and the other equipment he uses, you will all have in school. It’s a great extra-curricular club. The festival will lead to a bowls competition later in Spring term.
Children MUST where flat shoes
